For fax orders, please complete the shipping and billing information for the products you have chosen online as well as a shipping option and then fax to us at 1-800-725-4148. Please note that shipments on orders that are paid for with check or money order will not be shipped until the payments have been cleared. Shipping Fair Seasons currently uses UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service for deliveries. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose one of these carriers based on the time frame and shipping cost that best suits your needs. Orders from Fair Seasons are scheduled to ship 24 to 48 hours after they are received. If you provide your e-mail address, we will notify you as soon as your item(s) ships as well as providing the tracking number for the shipment. If we are unable to ship in the above time frame, we will contact you to let you know and to give you the expected ship date. Our experience is that shipping times vary between carriers and is determined by destination as well as seasonal and extreme weather events. Local Sales If you are local to the Warrenton Virginia area please give us a call before placing your order to receive instructions on pick up or delivery options. Taxes Please note that we are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within the State of Virginia. International Currently we are shipping in the United States only. Returns Returns will be accepted on any unopened, unused items that are in resalable condition if returned within 30 days and will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
